Youth & Next Generation

We Are Not Raising the Leaders of Tomorrow. We Are Recognising the Leaders of Today and Equipping Them to Lead Now.
There is something profoundly biblical about a well. It is the place people come to when their reserves are low, not to be lectured, not to perform, but simply to receive. Jacob’s Well is Women of Excellence’s answer to that ancient human need. It is a space of practical, dignified care for women and families who are navigating hardship, uncertainty, or crisis, and who deserve to be met with warmth, not process.
The Youth and Next Generation programme is not a feeder stream for the real movement. It is a core expression of it. We invest in young women because they deserve investment, not because they will eventually be useful to us. And we have found, over and over again, that when you give a young woman genuine belonging, honest formation, and real responsibility, she does not just rise to the occasion. She exceeds it.
WHO IT IS FOR
This programme is designed for young women aged thirteen to twenty-five, spanning early adolescence through early adulthood, recognising that these years are not a single undifferentiated season but a series of distinct developmental moments requiring different kinds of support. It is for young women in school, in university, in their first jobs, in their first experiences of adult independence. It is for young women who grew up in the church and those who are encountering faith for the first time. It is for every young woman who needs to know she is more than the world has told her she is.

HOW TO ENGAGE
For Young Women. For Those Who Love Them.
Whether you are a young woman looking for community and formation, a parent who wants something more for your daughter, or a woman in the movement ready to mentor the next generation, we want to hear from you.
If someone belongs here, tell us about her and we will reach out.
Find out what the commitment involves and whether it is right for you.
Sponsorships and partnerships enable young women who could not otherwise participate to be fully included.
