A Sisterhood Without Borders. A Movement That Belongs to Every Woman Who Belongs to It.

There is something profoundly biblical about a well. It is the place people come to when their reserves are low, not to be lectured, not to perform, but simply to receive. Jacob’s Well is Women of Excellence’s answer to that ancient human need. It is a space of practical, dignified care for women and families who are navigating hardship, uncertainty, or crisis, and who deserve to be met with warmth, not process.

The National and Global Community is not a feature of the movement. It is the movement. Every local expression, every national chapter, every cross-border connection is part of a single, living ecosystem, held together not by administration but by shared values, shared purpose, and the kind of relationships that survive geography and time zone and years.

WHO IT IS FOR

This community is for every woman who has ever felt that she was doing meaningful work in isolation. For leaders who need peers, not just followers. For women in nations where there is no local Women of Excellence chapter yet, who want to help build one. For women who have experienced the movement in one country and want to carry it home to another. For anyone who understands that the global sisterhood is stronger for her presence in it.

Serve & Volunteer

CORE EXPRESSION

  • A network of chapters across multiple nations, each locally rooted. Every chapter reflects the culture, context, and community it inhabits. National identity is not erased by global belonging. Women of Excellence Zimbabwe looks and feels different from Women of Excellence UK and that is by design.
  • National gatherings that anchor the community annually. Regular national convenings bring women together in person for worship, strategic conversation, formation, celebration, and the kind of connection that video calls cannot replicate. These gatherings are significant moments in the movement’s life.
  • Global virtual community for women across distances. Our international online community provides a space for women across nations to connect, share, learn, and pray together across time zones, in seasons when travel is not possible, and as an ongoing rhythm between gatherings.
  • Cross-border mentorship and peer exchange. Some of the most powerful relationships in this movement cross national lines. Women of Excellence intentionally facilitates mentorship and peer learning between women in different countries because different contexts produce different wisdom.
  • A shared framework of values that travels across cultures. The movement’s core commitments to faith, dignity, formation, and service are not geographically specific. They provide the common language that makes genuine community possible across cultural difference.
  • Pathways to launch and lead new national chapters. Women who carry the vision of Women of Excellence into new territories are supported with formation, frameworks, accountability, and the backing of the global movement as they build from the ground up.
  • Global representation in leadership and governance. The diversity of the community is reflected in its leadership. Women from different nations and backgrounds hold influence in the movement’s direction ensuring it grows in ways that serve the whole, not just the familiar.
